PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING NOTICE FOR "CAME Locator"

1. Purpose

1.1 . Pursuant to articles 13.1 and 14.1 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 called “General Data Protection Regulation” and to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196-2003 called “Privacy Code”, please know that your personal data provided for information request are used to execute your specific request to be put in contact with an installer or agent authorized by CAME S.p.A., selected by the you through the form published into the web interface of CAME S.p.A., as data controller.

1.2 With your previous written consent, the personal provided may also be processed by the data controller to contact you according to the terms under article 3.1 to execute surveys and questionnaires to evaluate your liking regarding the service provided and to increase its quality (“Survey evaluation”).

2. The Data we collect. Necessariness

2.1 You must provide the data marked by an asterisk on the registration form, so we can give a feedback to your request. If you do not provide such data, your request made through the form will be denied

3. How we process and how long we store your data

3.1 The data processed according to each of the above mentioned purposes is done by paper, automated or electronic means, especially, by mail or email, telephone calls, SMSs and MMSs, faxes and any other information technology means, such as websites, mobile phones, apps, and so on, that ensure security and confidentiality according to the so-called Data Protection by Default principle, which means we handle your data in the most secure way possible to mitigate the risk of diffusion.

3.2 The data you provide us will be processed as mentioned above, by complying with confidentiality and lawfulness obligations, to which our company is committed and only for as long as is needed to provide the services under article 1.1 that will not exceed 30 days. Moreover the data will not be diffused.

3.3 In case you give us your consent to execute survey evaluation your data will be stored until you revoke your consent or exercise your opposition right. In any case the data provided will be processed for survey evaluation no later for a period of 6 months.

4.  Subjective limitations

You must be 16 or older to register to use the website’s services.

5. Consent

Your consent is not required, when the data processing:

a) is required for complying with legal obligations, regulations or EU standards;

b) is required for complying with contractual obligations which you, the user, have entered into, or for complying, before the winding up of the contract, with your specific requests;

c) is for data sourced from public records, lists, freely available acts or documents, with no prejudice to any limits and terms that any laws, regulations or European standards establish for the knowledge and disclosure of data.

You will have the right to revoke your consent given for survey evaluation, direct marketing, profiling at any time according to the terms under article 7 below.

6. Communicating the data. Transfer.

To satisfy your request, we may share the data with:

• Employees and staff who are duly authorized and entrusted to process the data;

• Any staff and external managers who are designated and assigned to such activity.

Moreover you will provide your data to the installer/agent selected through the interface of the web site whom – by filling the form- you express your willingness to be put in touch with.

6.2 With your previous written consent, your data will be shared with subsidiary, associates or companies belonging to our Group that may process the data for the purposes stated at point 1.5.

7. Your rights

You may request to no longer receive the newsletter and, in any case, to revoke any consent given to us. You may access, rectify, delete - thus exercising your right to be forgotten - and limit the processing and the portability of your data and oppose its processing, as provided by articles 15 and following of the GDPR and to propose a complaint to the relevant authority (art. 77 GDPR) in case of unlawful data processing or to refer to the relevant judicial offices (art. 79 GDPR).
