Two new facilities, totaling an investment of 15.2 million euros, twelve thousand square metres, dedicated to high-tech production and people’s well-being, 50 new employees expected by the end of 2025, with the aim to close at 360 million euros in sales. These are the numbers confirming the innovative spirit of CAME S.p.A, a leading company in the field of integrated solutions for the automation, control and security of residential, public and business environments.
The heart of the new Headquarters is the CAME Factory, a nine thousand square metre production facility, officially opened on Saturday, March 29, dedicated to the manufacture of advanced electronic systems. Designed according to the principles of smart manufacturing, just a few hundred metres from the Headquarters in Dosson di Casier (Treviso), the new plant guarantees even higher standards of quality, efficiency and traceability at every stage of the production process up to the automatic storage of the finished product in the Logistics Hub, CAME’s main distribution centre. Thanks to an integrated management system, each electronic component is tracked from the moment it enters the warehouse, ensuring accurate and continuous quality control. Production is based on state-of-the-art technology for the industry, using automated assembly systems for electronic parts, to ensure product and process excellence. The entire production process is interconnected with internal logistics, thanks to the introduction of autonomous AMR and LGV robots, innovative material handling systems, that reduce processing time and margins of error by automating repetitive operations.
“CAME Factory is an important step forward in the company’s industrial efficiency roadmap, with a state-of-the-art production site that blends in perfectly with the facilities, where the future of the Italian manufacturing industry is being developed,” explained Andrea Menuzzo, CEO and Chairman of CAME S.p.A. -. With CAME Factory we aim not just to improve the quality and efficiency of our production, but also to create a stimulating and modern working environment for our employees, a symbol of the company’s development strategy, which combines technological innovation, sustainability and people’s well-being”.
Next to the Factory is CAME Living, a multipurpose building of over three thousand square metres, designed to improve the quality of working life for employees. The facility houses a relaxation and team building area, with multifunctional spaces and bright environments designed to encourage socialisation and collaboration among teams. Special attention has been paid to food, with a high-quality catering service that goes beyond the traditional cafeteria concept. The new facility, which will be able to handle 900 meals a day, offers dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, thanks to an in-house kitchen run by dedicated chefs to ensure healthy, balanced nutrition.

“Since CAME’s inception, we have invested in the territory and people,” explained Paolo Menuzzo, Founder of CAME. With CAME Living, we aim to offer our employees a place where they can feel valued and part of a community, because a company’s success is built together. A community that continues to grow: in fact, 50 new employees should be joining us in 2025″.
2024 was a year of excellent growth for CAME, with sales of 335 million euros, an increase of 8.4% on 2023. By 2025, the CAME group aims to reach 360 million euros, supported by expanding production and launching new solutions for automation and access control.
CAME’s new Headquarters was designed with a strong focus on environmental sustainability. In 2024, the company produced 18% of self-generated energy through the installation of photovoltaic systems, with a goal of reaching 35% by the end of 2025. These interventions will also allow a 20% reduction in CO2 emissions, confirming CAME’s commitment to an eco-sustainable production model. In addition, the company has invested in expanding its corporate fleet with electric vehicles and has installed charging stations in the car parks at its Headquarters to encourage more sustainable mobility among employees.
