1. Purpose
1.1. Pursuant to articles 13.1 and 14.1 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 called “General Data Protection Regulation” and to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196-2003 called “Privacy Code”, please know that your personal data from the registration form are used to execute your specific request made by you through the contact form published into the web interface of CAME S.p.A., as data controller.
1.2. With your written consent, the personal data you enter in the “Company Data” and “Other Information” sections are also processed to analyse the size, location, product types, suppliers and operational characteristics of your company (“profiling activity”) and to send meaningful sales communications that fit the profile you have provided us. Your personal data is also anonymised and then statistically analysed.
1.3. With your written consent, the contact data you provide when registering, along with the profiling generated by the processing activities mentioned in the previous paragraph, are also used to send you periodic communications via email. You will receive informative, sales and promotional, that is, direct-marketing material, from a third party using servers located in the European Union.
1.4 With your written consent, the data we, Came S.p.A. the “Data Controller”, collect, may be transferred to subsidiary companies of our Group, that may process the data to send you sales and promotional information about their products and services (hereinafter “Third-party transfer”).
1.5 With your written consent, the contact data details you provide when registering, are also used by CAME S.p.A. (hereinafter “Data Controller”) in order to contact you
for conducting surveys with the aim to measure your satisfaction state and improve our product and service quality (“Customer Satisfaction Surveys”).
2. The Data we collect. Necessariness.
2.1 You must provide the data marked by an asterisk on the registration form, so we can give a feedback to your request. If you do not provide such data, your request made through the form will be denied.
3. How we process and how long we store your data
3.1 The data processed according to each of the above mentioned purposes is done by paper, automated or electronic means, especially, by mail or email, telephone calls, SMSs and MMSs, faxes and any other information technology means, such as websites, mobile phones, apps, and so on, that ensure security and confidentiality according to the so-called Data Protection by Default principle, which means we handle your data in the most secure way possible to mitigate the risk of diffusion.
3.2 The data you provide us will be processed as mentioned above, by complying with confidentiality and lawfulness obligations, to which our company is committed and only for as long as is needed to provide the services. Moreover the data will not be diffused.
3.3 In any case the data provided will be processed for direct marketing no later for a period of 24 months.
4. Subjective limitations
You must be 16 or older to register to use the website’s services.
5. Consent
Your consent is not required, when the data processing:
a) is required for complying with legal obligations, regulations or EU standards;
b) is required for complying with contractual obligations which you, the user, have entered into, or for complying, before the winding up of the contract, with your specific requests;
c) is for data sourced from public records, lists, freely available acts or documents, with no prejudice to any limits and terms that any laws, regulations or European standards establish for the knowledge and disclosure of data.
6. Communicating the data. Transfer.
Your data will not be diffused. To satisfy your request, we may share the data with:
• Employees and staff who are duly authorized and entrusted to process the data;
• Any staff and external managers who are designated and assigned to such activity.
7. Your rights
You may revoke any consent given to us. You may access, rectify, delete – thus exercising your right to be forgotten – and limit the processing and the portability of your data and oppose its processing, as provided by articles 15-16-17-18-20-21 and following of the GDPR.
