1. Purpose.
1.1 Pursuant to articles 13.1 and 14.1 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 called “General Data Protection Regulation” and to current regulations on the protection of personal data, and by Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), CAME PARKARE GROUP, S.L., as data controller of personal data (hereinafter “Data Controller”) informs you that the personal data provided by you through the on line form published at the following link came.com/spk on the CAME S.p.A. website (hereinafter “Data Processor”) will be used in order to fulfil you specific request to be put in contact with a technical or commercial authorized by the Data Controller to receive information regarding the SPK product, and in order to allow the download of informative brochures. Your refusal to provide your personal data will make it impossible to process your request.
1.2 With your written consent, the Data Controller will use the collected data also to send you periodic communications via email having sales and promotional purposes (“Direct Marketing”) through data processors with servers located in the European Union.
2. Collected data. Necessariness.
2.1 You must provide the data marked by an asterisk on the on-line form, so we can give a feedback to your request. If you do not provide such data, your request made through the form will be denied.
2.2. The communication of data not marked with an asterisk is optional, and failure to communicate them will prevent, in whole or in part, the sending of marketing communications.
3. How we process and how long we store your data.
3.1 The data processed according to each of the above mentioned purposes is done by paper, automated or electronic means, especially, by mail or email, telephone calls, SMSs and MMSs, faxes and any other information technology means, such as websites, mobile phones, apps, and so on, that ensure security and confidentiality according to the so-called Data Protection by Default principle, which means we handle your data in the most secure way possible to mitigate the risk of diffusion.
3.2 The data you provide us will be processed as mentioned above, by complying with confidentiality and lawfulness obligations, to which our company is committed and only for as long as is needed to provide the services.
4. Data retention policies
4.1 Your data will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship with us or until you exercise your right to cancellation or opposition, or limitation to processing. However, we will keep certain personal identification and traffic data for a maximum period of 2 years in case it is required by the Judges and Courts or to initiate internal actions derived from the improper use of the website.

By virtue of the provisions of article 30 of the Commercial Code, and except for other criteria, all the documents and / or information of the company will be kept for 6 years.
