South Bank Tower is a majestic architectural statement, built in the Modernist tradition of clean lines, unadorned finishes and light-flooded rooms. It is a confident, soaring design that is a distinctive landmark on London’s cultural mile; between Royal Festival Hall and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and adjacent to the iconic Sea Containers House; now home to The Mondrian Hotel.
Developer CIT saw an opportunity to redevelop a former office building in London’s thriving South Bank into one of the capital’s newest, luxury residential properties. King’s Reach Tower has undergone an extensive redevelopment, creating 193 luxury apartments and penthouses. The new building, to be named South Bank Tower, would not only benefit from a swimming pool and spa, but extensive views across the Thames, including the Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge and St Paul’s Cathedral.
