Our Facilities

We are proud to design, manufacture and 100% quality test all equipment at our factory in Livingston. Our smartly designed manufacturing areas are a huge attraction to our regular visitors.

All aspects of the production of our equipment are efficiently scheduled to maximise the resource levels we have from pre-production planning to product despatch. Increasing accurate sales predictions informs the business about stock levels and procurement strategies. Dedicated and respected staff members work across the production, pre despatch testing and delivery departments, all of whom are skilled workers with significant experience, with many exceeding 15 years of service.

Whether it is automated machinery or hand engineered built products our 100% quality testing give greater guarantees to our clients and ensures CAME Entrotec’s quality brand reputation is upheld. Whilst we work hard to plan for client requirements and always aim to meet our 3 week turnaround target, we also ensure adequate capacity is built in for unexpected, urgent or additional orders. Whilst many of our clients set a fixed specification for their asset portfolio, we also aim to provide a bespoke solution for those clients with individual requirements.

Markets

CAME Entrotec manufacturers a variation of door entry and access control security systems suitable for social, private, mixed tenure, sheltered housing, student accommodation and general needs residential properties. Our systems are designed with the equalities act 2010 (was disability discrimination act) at their heart. We work with all door sets and have been shown to comply with Secured by Design standards.

Approved Installers

CAME Entrotec do not offer an installation or maintenance service as this would compromise our relationship with our approved installer network.

We will actively promote to end users, consultants and developers approved installers that are trained and regularly monitored for competency and will professionally protect the CAME Entrotec brand by ensuring quality installations.

CAME Entrotec have a comprehensive list of trained installation companies who have completed approved installer status. These are UK wide and will proudly display their approved status if asked.

Accreditation & Compliance

As a manufacturer we pride ourself on quality. We aim to ensure that any accreditation that is industry standard is applied for and achieved. All memberships to leading organisations and compliance to their code of conducts are fundamental to us in providing confidence to our clients.

Equality/DDA

From 1 October 2010 the Equality Act replaced most of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), however, the Disability Equality Duty in the DDA continues to apply. CAME Entrotec provides products in accordance to the Equality Act. As a manufacturer in the UK we are able to be flexible and often bespoke when specific functions or products are required.
