Specifications

We have an experienced team across the UK, all fully trained to provide a free initial consultation which will advise and guide residential management teams, specifiers or developers working within the social housing and private housing sector.

Our team will conduct site visits and surveys and recommend the most suitable solution that meets the needs of the development. We will then work with you to complete a specification that complies with all residential development standards.

CAME Entrotec has the expertise to assist architects with joint site visits, help with the design of building layouts for door entry equipment and also to provide system performance specifications.

CAME Entrotec designs and manufactures equipment. We do not install. This enables Entrotec to do what we do best without compromising with preferred installers or our own approved network of installers across the UK.

Technical support

Should you be onsite, needing to refresh your mind on basic installation requirements or finding it difficult to connect up the system we always advise to firstly consult the instructions and installation manual issued with the equipment. 

This is available as hard copy, as a QR code on the manual with direct link to our website or if available by reviewing our developing list of Video blogs.

Repairs

All our equipment is tested before it is despatched from our offices

If our customer support engineers cannot initially resolve any technical issues you are experiencing, and it is deemed there could be a fault with the product we offer a repairs service for Entrotec manufactured products which are either still covered or out with our 2 year warranty period.

Details of our repairs pricing structure can be found below. Each repair includes a detailed test report and is provided with a 3 month warranty as standard.

Training

We offer a FREE certified product sales and technical training courses at our factory in Livingston. When a training course has been completed and a company has met the following criteria, they can apply to become a CAME Entrotec Approved Installer.

We work closely with contractors throughout the UK and have a network of approved installers.

Our systems are generally manufactured within 3 – 4 weeks of order placement, with many standard items being available off the shelf.
