The users of SimpleKey Web have long been able to run reports on-demand to help with the battle against a number of issues such as:
- anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
- identifying void properties
- keeping vulnerable residents safe
A few years ago we introduced the ability to put alerts on specific events for fob usage and door status, so real-time emails could be sent to housing staff to identify if:
- disabled fobs were trying to be used
- doors were left open
- contractors were on site
However, we are constantly listening to End Users to get feedback in order to enhance the hardware and SimpleKey Web software further.
One feature that had been requested was the ability to generate scheduled email reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to provide staff administrators any specific events required.
As a result of this request, SimpleKey Web Scheduled Reporting has now been launched and will help to further provide a safe and secure living environment for residents.
