Hard Wearing
Developed with precision and long service life in mind, the EV5 handset has been redesigned with an improved, hard wearing magnetic cradle switch, maintaining excellent performance even with high levels of use.
Capacitive Buttons
Equipped with soft touch capacitive buttons that offer accurate responsiveness and excellent durability.
White LED indicators sit beneath the surface, making the buttons easy to locate in low light settings.
Mounting Frame
Supplied alongside a mounting frame, the EV5 couldn't be simpler to fit with no tracing required prior to installation. Compatible for fitting to a standard 1 gang back box, additional fixing points are also supplied.
When replacing EV and EV+ models, multiple fixing points align, though additional fixings may be required.
Handset Wiring
Cable access-ways are primarily to the rear of the handset with alternative cable access point at the top of the handset where surface mount trunking is required.
Direct Replacement
The EV5 gains a slightly larger footprint to the EV and EV+ handsets ensuring previous fittings and fixings are hidden without an additional cover plate.
